The CSAC gave a license to Josh Barnett

Josh “The Babyfaced Assassin” Barnett, a former American mixed martial artist and wrestler, has acquired a conditional license by the California State Athletic Commission in order to fight. This individual tested positive for the anabolic steroid that is well-known as “Masteron”. It was in June, 2009. His two urine samples confirmed that this wrestler had administered this prohibited drug. It was before his fight against Fedor Emelianenko that was scheduled on August 1, 2009. As a result of his positive, the wrestler was pushed out of  the event and sentenced to a ban. Thus, this fighter forfeited his license.
This fighter didn’t admit to application of steroids or other related medications knowingly. It was the 2nd  time, when he claimed that he had never utilized steroids intentionally.
Certain years ago this fighter tested positive for steroids as well. After his participation in Las Vegas at UFC 36 in March 2002 he tested positive for metabolites of some prohibited medications. So, he lost his UFC Heavyweight title.
This fighter was banned for a half year by the Nevada Athletic Commission. Soon after he was sentenced to suspension he left the USA for Japan. This athlete fought there for circa 5 years. Then he returned home. As a defense in 2002, this person condemned  a dietary supplement which was offered for sales legally. This athlete said that he had taken that supplement in 2002. It was included in the list of the controlled substances later, in 2004. This fighter claimed that it had been legal, when he had used it.
Certain persons were wondered that the CSAC granted Barnett a license to fight again. This athlete has never admitted that he had taken steroids.
This fighter  stated that a suspended athlete had to talk publicly about evils of steroids in order to be involved in competitions again.
Josh Barnett was able to convince the commission that he thought that steroids represented essential evil. Barnett asked whether they ever discussed that steroids were bad.
