Moustafa Ismail, an Egyptian bodybuilder, has the largest biceps in the world. He was recorded in the Guinness book of the world records. This person affirms that his large arms are natural. The bodybuilder claims that he has the largest arms in the world because he has too strict nutrition and trainings. He eats chickens, almonds and fish every day. The bodybuilder also consumes much water and protein shakes.
Although it is obvious that nutrition and trainings play essential role, numerous individuals doubt about natural arms of Moustafa Ismail. It is hard to believe that appropriate trainings and nutrition can lead to such increase in arms. Which factors are responsible for the massive arms of the bodybuilder?
When it was reported that Moustafa Ismail’s arms were 32 inches, accusations linked with usage of steroids appeared soon. Some individuals believe that steroids are responsible for the massive arms of this person. What did the Egyptian bodybuilder affirm about intake of anabolic steroids? He affirmed that he had used steroids while living in Egypt. Purchase and usage of these preparations are legal under laws of this country. These drugs are available at any drug store in Egypt. Moreover, anabolic steroids are cheap there. But Moustafa Ismail claimed that he had to discontinue applying these products, when he moved to the USA. It is know that purchase and application of these medicines without a prescription are claimed to be criminal under laws of the US. These preparations are purchased on the black market by those that administer them in the US illegally. So, Moustafa Ismail discontinued using these drugs after he moved to the USA.
But if even Moustafa Ismail applies anabolic steroids, it doesn’t matter because these medicines don’t enhance arms. They are not responsible for Moustafa Ismail’s large arms.
There are other remedies that can enhance arms. They are called “site enhancement oils” (SEO). Synthol is one of the most often applied SEO. This product is applied by bodybuilders. It is taken in order to enhance muscles in circumference. So, it is suggested that the Egyptian bodybuilder uses Synthol. However, the Egyptian bodybuilder says that he doesn’t take this remedy.
The bodybuilder notes that he is hurt by accusations linked with steroids and Synthol. He has submitted to examination conducted by an independent doctor that hasn’t found  any abnormality in the arms of this person. So, it is not clear whether his arms are natural or not.
